Delivery process

Dimehouse Delivers your order completely free in the Netherlands and Belgium. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Take a good look at the product page at the specified delivery time of your favorite products. Due to enormous crowds with us and our carriers, it can happen that we deliver one to three days later than indicated.

  • Step 1: Thank you for your order

    We will process this in our system.

  • Step 2: Product in stock?

    Our warehouse employees will immediately get started for you and prepare your order for shipping.

  • Step 3: Your order is ready before departure

    Now it is waiting for our transport services that come to collect the package.

  • Step 4: Received track & trace code

    You will receive a track and trace code by mail the day for delivery. NB! You cannot yet follow your order.

  • Step 5:

    Just patience. Your order will be picked up at our warehouse within 1-3 business days by our carriers.

  • Step 6: Your order is on the road

    YES! Your order has been picked up from us. From now on you can follow the track-and-trace code. Your order will probably be delivered the next day.

  • Step 7: Order is delivered

    Ding-dong! Your order has been delivered. Remove your order from the package and enjoy your latest furniture showpiece.
