Payment

When you place an order online, you can choose from the following payment methods: 

IDeal
With iDEAL you pay the outstanding amount for your order directly and in a safe way.

PayPal
PayPal is a safe way to pay. You link your bank account or credit card and pay within a few clicks. PayPal helps to protect your credit card data with advanced security systems and fraud prevention systems. In addition, PayPal does not announce your financial information Dimehouse. We partly calculate the administration costs that PayPal asks for this. A PayPal payment costs € 3.95.

Bancontact/Mister Cash
Paying with Bancontact/Mister Cash is also possible at Dimehouse. Please note: this payment method is only possible for Belgium.

Bankcontact/Mister Cash uses a physical card which is linked to a credit on a Belgian bank account. It is possible to use the card both on and offline. In addition, the payments via Mister Cash are guaranteed and therefore strongly resembles iDEAL payment method in the Netherlands. Bancontact/Mister Cash is by far the most popular payment method in Belgium. 

Credit card
If you opt for a payment with a credit card, you first indicate which type of credit card or deit card you want to use. Then enter your credit card number, expiration date, CID/CVC code (often on the back of your card) and possibly an extra password. Paying with a credit card is possible. There are no extra costs for the use of Visa and Mastercard. Do you use an American Express credit card? Then we charge € 4.95.

Clarna
With "pay later" you pay your order afterwards once you have received it and have decided to keep it. This way you never pay for what you return.

You enter your name, address, place of residence, e-mail address and other information that you always have at hand and you pay when it suits you during the payment term of 14 days.  Keep in mind that a first order via Klarna is often accepted for around 350 - 500 euros for the Netherlands.

Paying afterwards with Klarna is safe and easy. The payment details of your purchase can be found in the account that you receive from Klarna. 

Do you choose Klarna? Then you pay € 3.95 extra payment costs.

It may happen that something goes wrong with the payment or that you will see an error message. How do you know for sure whether or not the payment went well? 

• View your bank account to see if the amount has actually been written off. Is this not the case? Then it seems that the order did not get through properly. 
• Did you not receive a confirmation email? Even then it is good to first check your account because it is possible that the confirmation email is still on its way. 

Do you doubt whether the payment has come through correctly? Then contact our customer service so that you can look at whether the payment has been successful. 

You can pay afterwards via Klarna. Please note, when products have a delivery time, it is not possible to opt for the Pay afterwards option.

It is not possible to pay with VVV vouchers.

It is not possible to pay on invoice. If you are a business customer, you can request a quote via: klantenservice@dimehouse.nl.

That's certainly possible. As soon as you order for business via the webshop you can immediately enter the VAT number so that the VAT has been shifted.
